Q. How long do carpets take to dry?
A. Most carpets tend to be at least 'touch dry' within 2-3hrs after cleaning

Q. How long do sofas take to dry?
A. Most sofas tend to take 4-6hrs depending on the fabric and internal materials (foam, sponge, etc.)

Q. How long do mattresses take to dry?
A. Most mattresses tend to dry within 4-6hrs once cleaned

Q. Do you move furniture?
A. Lounge: We ask the customer to move any light items of furniture (e.g. coffee tables). We will move items such as sofas and dining tables as long as it is practicle

Bedroom: We don't move wardrobes but we will manoeuvre beds around the room throughout the cleaning process as long as it is practicle

Q. What payments types are accepted?
A. We accept cash or bank transfer (all on completion of the work)

Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we have full liability insurance

Q. Can you deal with odours from pets / other things?
A. Yes, we have deodoriser and urine neutraliser options

A. We tend not to clean apartments above ground floor due to the amount and size of our equipment
